The Buying Process

Prepare Clothing
Collect 1 bin of gently worn clothing that you wish to sell. It's important that the items are freshly laundered, stain-free, and in good condition. We accept sizes ranging from NB to children's size 10.

Sorting Process
Bring your items in anytime during business hours. We will sort your items while you browse the store for 20-30 minutes. We carefully assess each clothing item you've brought looking for items that meet quality standards. You take home any items we pass one!

Quote
Within 24 hours following your visit you will receive a comprehensive quote. This quote will represent 30-40 % of the retail price at which the store plans to price each accepted item.

Quote Acceptance
Upon receiving the quote, review the details provided. If you're satisfied with the offered amount, indicate your acceptance of the quote.

Cash Payout
You will receive a cash payout via venmo or store credit issued to your account.

FAQs
How does the buying process work?
Sell us your child's clothing, toys, books, and accessories! Here’s how it works:
- PREPARE YOUR ITEMS — Collect one bin (max size 56qt) of your child’s gently used goods. Clothing must be stain-free, freshly washed, and in good condition. Please ensure all buttons, snaps, and zippers are fastened and clothing is right-side out. We accept sizes NB–8Y. Bring it in anytime — no appointment necessary.
- SORTING — We sort with you in-store, so hang out and browse! It typically only takes us 10–15 minutes depending on the size of your buy.
- YOUR OFFER — Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a digital offer for your items via text message. Once you review the details, simply accept if you’re satisfied.
- PAYOUT — Receive 30% of retail value as cash (via Venmo) or 40% as in-store credit. We know your time is valuable, so we’ve streamlined the process to be as quick and easy as possible for you!
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed — you can bring your items in anytime during store hours.
What brands do you accept?
We’re always looking for trendy boutique brands and everyday favorites in great condition — brands like Rylee + Cru, Quincy Mae, Zara, and H&M are always great!
What seasons do you accept?
We’re currently taking all seasons, but we’re especially in need of fall and winter clothing and shoes right now.
Can I bring in a trash bag?
You’re welcome to bring items in trash bags, but we’ll ask that you transfer them into one of our bins when you arrive. We can only accept up to one full 56-quart bin at a time.
How much can I bring in?

Do you take toys?
Yes! We take Montessori-style, wooden, and high-end toys and accessories in excellent condition.
Do you accept gear suchs as cribs, rockers, changing tables, or car seats?
We’re not able to accept large gear at this time due to space limitations
